Easter Sunday, March 27, 05, 11 AM-5 PM
Early and Medieval Liturgical Chant, sung in Latin with organ.
The Introit, Kyrie, Gloria & Offertory are sung with incense,
Glorias are sung with festival bells & incense,  Kyrie in Greek:

Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, Ca. Kennedy Drive, One Block West of Stanyon St. In front of Conservatory, historic white/glass domed greenhouse, inside Romanesque Archway on the Green.

Bring your picnic or sack lunch. And meet others who love the glorious, peaceful, spiritual sounds of Gregorian Chant, the most sublime and transcendent music ever written and sung by mortal man.

  1. 11 AM: Easter Sunday Abbey Bells, Excerpts from: Holy Week Liturgy: Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday Vigil

  2. 1 PM Excerpts from: Office of Lauds & Easter Sunday Mass: Propers & Commons

  3. 3 PM Intermission & social

  4. 3:15 PM Excerpts from: Easter Vespers & Compline

  5. 4 PM: Excerpts from: Easter Sunday Mass - Mass parts repeated for those arriving late, Abbey bells, processionals, Te Deum, Misc. Chant & Hymns to the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of God

  6. 5 PM End with Solemn Salve Regina & Abbey Bells.
